II. Core Functions

1. BVN /NIN number verification

• Format verification : Real-time detection of whether the BVN/NIN entered by the user meets the official Nigerian standard (11 digits).
• Database Direct Connection : Interact with the official BVN/NIN database in Nigeria through a secure API to verify number validity and obtain user registration information (such as name, date of birth, official selfie).

2. Live detection and face comparing

• Dynamic live verification : Users follow the prompts to complete blinking, shaking their heads and other actions to ensure real operation and resist photo/video attacks.
• Face similarity score : AI compares the user's real-time selfie with the archived photos in the official database, and outputs the Confidence Level score (threshold can be configured).

3. Full process automation

• Second-level response : From BVN verification to live authentication, the whole process is automated, with an average time of < 30 seconds.
• Result output : Return JSON/API response, including verification status (pass/reject) and detailed data (such as match score, user information).
