FeeDetailItem

Field	Description
name	`string`: the name of the charging item, currently `SOLUTION` ,`FACE`,`DOCUMENT`
type	`enum`, the type of the charging item, Refer to FeeDetailItemType

Value	Description
SOLUTION	the charge is for the whole solution.
NODE	the charge is for a specific flow node.
