Delegated Email

Overview

A Delegated Email Event is a mechanism where the system delegates email delivery responsibility to the customer instead of sending emails directly. When this feature is enabled, the system pushes a webhook event containing all necessary email context — such as recipient address, email type, and relevant content or links — allowing the customer to compose and deliver the email through their own channels. This approach gives customers full control over email branding, delivery infrastructure, language localization, and compliance requirements, while the system remains responsible for determining when and why an email should be sent.
